Recently I spent a few hours at Janet and Ron's house photographing some of the many plants they have throughout their home.
I found this single calla lily on the edge of the kitchen island and was taken by its simplistic beauty. It seemed to hold a purposeful, quiet, calming existence in this location and I wanted to capture the emotion of the moment.
